Providing National Guidance on Infrastructure through the RMA
In June 2010 the Ministry of Economic Development and Ministry for the Environment commissioned Hill Young Cooper and Enfocus to investigate possible changes to the RMA to better recognise the importance of infrastructure. This work was completed in September 2010 and is being used to inform the current RMA reform process.
